Routed Network or AdHoc Network?

We strongly suggest you set up an AdHoc network.

  1. Often an AdHoc-network is more stable than a routed network and troubleshooting in case problems arise is a lot easier too! (There are many difficulties that can arise when you try to establish a stable and fast (virtual latency-free) connection between the iPad and the computer in a complex network-enviroment, many devices and a complex array of settings may interfere with this special connection, resulting in latency, drop-outs or strange behaviour of the network) - KISS (Keep It Straight and Simple) is the principle to follow.
  2. Especially under LIve/Performing conditions often an AdHoc-Network is the only option.
